The Council of Smaller Enterprises (COSE) offers challenging careers to individuals who have a passion for increasing the economic vitality of our region and helping small businesses grow by serving our members. As an affiliate organization of the Greater Cleveland Partnership (GCP), a membership association of companies in Northeast Ohio and one of the largest private-sector economic development organizations in Ohio, COSE staff members are employed by GCP.
The GCP/COSE offices located in the Higbee Building on Public Square in downtown Cleveland offer a supportive and friendly work environment that encourages and supports learning and professional development.
