Volunteer Opportunities
COSE Ambassador Program
The COSE Ambassador Program is an important component of membership outreach, involvement, and retention for COSE. 
COSE Ambassadors are member volunteers who know the “ins and outs” of the organization, and share their insight and experience to help members get the most out of all that COSE has to offer.
This high energy group consists of members from diverse backgrounds and businesses. Most are small business owners themselves who are service oriented, self motivated, enjoy networking, and support COSE and its mission.
Meet the COSE Ambassadors
Ambassador responsibilities
- Attend quarterly Ambassador meetings
- Serve as greeters at COSE events
- Refer new members to COSE
- Assist in membership retention
- Facilitate networking
Goals of the Ambassador Program
- To add a “personal touch” to COSE membership
- To assist COSE in retaining existing COSE members
- To help members maximize their membership benefits
- To create lasting connections between members
Qualifications
- Be referred by current Ambassador or COSE staff
- Have been a COSE member for at least 1 year
- Previous volunteer experience with COSE
- Give at least a 1 year commitment

Editorial – Small Business Writers
If you have knowledge, ideas or experiences to share with other COSE members, let us know. In the COSE Update’s new “Peer to Peer” section and in the Business Resource section of this Web site, we publish member-written articles of interest to other members. To have your article considered for publication, contact Jen Frimel.
