Gina Dalessandro has extensive background in the digital printing, data solutions and marketing industries. A graduate of John Carroll University’s Boler School of Business, she serves on Women in Networking's Advisory Board and is past chairperson of the Cleveland Community Leadership Board for the American Diabetes Association. She's also involved as an active marketing committee member of NOMSDC and Plexus. Previously, she served as president of Toastmasters International's Valley View chapter and achieved her CTM and is an alumni of the Cleveland Leadership Institute. Most recently, she is involved in founding a Cleveland Woman’s Entrepreneurial Roundtable. She proudly serves as a COSE Ambassador on a daily basis.

Drummond Design creates dynamic visual communications solutions that make good business sense: graphic design, technical illustration, animation, and web design. Carol's areas of expertise include creating corporate logos/identity campaigns and designing marketing/communications materials. She is an active COSE member, serving as a COSE Ambassador, the COSE Arts Network Advisory Committee Chairman and the 2010 COSE Small Business Conference Chairman. She also regularly contributes written articles and videos about the arts and small business to the weekly e-zine CoolCleveland.com. Carol graduated from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh with a degree in visual communications. She has been awarded local and national design awards, has judged several communications and arts business competitions and Carol has also volunteered as an art docent for the Mayfield School District.

We’ll Remember has been an active member of COSE since the beginning and credits COSE for their help in getting started.
Cheryl believes that every customer and every employee needs to know that they are not just a number or a figure on a company’s roster. She advocates that if you remember to say “Thank You” or take the time to interact with your staff then your relationship with your employees or clients will be richer. Cheryl has helped companies develop the relationships that are needed to help any business grow.

Full Color Resources has been supplying commercial printing and mailing services since 2005. Mark's expertise in the printing industry allows him to be a trusted advisor to his clients. He is an active COSE member having served on the Advisory Board of the Home Business Network, as a member of COSE's first Mindshare group, and is a member of the Westside Leads Group. Mark has been an Ambassador for three years, winning awards as Ambassador of the year and Mr. Congeniality.

Carol has spent more than 30 years in business with large and small organizations. She served in various capacities, including product engineer, market researcher, senior product manager, marketing manager, business unit manager, and commercial sales representative.
For the past sixteen years, Carol has run her own business, VANTAGE POINT Enterprises. She is a Business Coach and Marketing Consultant, working with leaders of various-sized organizations, in many industry segments. Her mission is to help them articulate their goals, and then reach them with successful strategies and action plans.
She holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Notre Dame College, and an MBA in Marketing from the Weatherhead School at CWRU.
Carol frequently speaks and conducts workshops on Marketing, and Entrepreneur issues. She holds leadership roles in several organizations, including COSE, Greater Cleveland Partnership, WIRE-Net, Citizen’s Advisory Committee for Block Grant Funds for Cleveland Heights, and Entrepreneurs’ Edge NEO Internship Program.
