If passed, Card-Check would:

  • Make it easier for unions to organize
  • Result in additional costs for employers
  • Limit an employer's ability to communicate freely with employees
  • Impose mandatory arbitration and binding contracts

  • Require employers 15+ employees to offer 7 days of sick leave
  • Result in additional costs for employers
