COSE is proud to present the second edition to the Health Care Reform Gameplan. In this edition, you will find updates on information outlined in the first edition as well as new information on key provisions that will affect your small business.
With the passage of President Obama's health insurance reform legislation, COSE will work to guide discussions in Washington, DC and Columbus in order to advance the needs of small business. As many of the provisions will impact small businesses, COSE plans to continue working to provide small businesses with information about the ways they will be affected and help them understand ways they can prepare best for the coming changes.

Going forward, the provisions in this legislation will be further developed through regulations and possibly additional legislation. COSE will continue to update this site based on new information that becomes available. Initially, we have created a timeline detailing when new programs will be implemented.
