If passed, Mandatory Paid Sick Leave (the so-called Healthy Families Act, H.R. 2460) will serve as a detriment to employers, employees and the U.S. economy as a whole. Therefore, it is essential that we work to take action immediately. There are a variety of ways for both employers and employees to get involved and contribute to the effort to defeat mandated paid sick leave. You can make a difference in this fight.
Over the next few weeks, COSE will be launching a series of tools to help members fight this issue, such as a petition, letter writing campaign, and opportunity to learn more about the issue via informational seminars.
