NEOSA - The COSE Technology Network
NEOSA - The COSE Technology Network, provides lively forums for the exchange of vital information, enabling industry members to meet, brainstorm, compare ideas, develop and expand strategic alliances and cooperatively work toward the growth of the IT industry in the region.
Founded in 1998 as the Northeast Ohio Software Association, NEOSA is a 
membership-based organization that promotes the advancement of the
Technology Community and IT Industry in Northeast Ohio. In 2004,
NEOSA merged with COSE and became the COSE Technology Network,
benefitting members of both organizations.
NEOSA has more than 820 members representing all facets of information technology: software development, IT services, website design and development, custom application development, IT recruiters and others.
NEOSA pursues five (5) key strategic initiatives in support of its members and the Northeast Ohio tech industry:

- Member Education and Training
- Workforce
- Advocacy
