Created in partnership by the COSE Arts Network and Cleveland Magazine, this publication is Cleveland’s all inclusive guide to the visual arts, featuring nine different districts with complete listings of retail galleries, artist studios, arts institutions, art walks and art festivals. 2012 Artist as an Entrepreneur Institute:
September 17 - October 22
Founded by the Community Partnership for Arts and Culture (CPAC) and presented by COSE, the Artist as an Entrepreneur Institute (AEI) is an intensive business course designed for creative individuals and arts based business owners. This program covers topics that impact an artist’s daily operations, from creating a personal brand and marketing, to intellectual property, writing a business plan and accounting.

On June 20 the 2012 COSE Arts Business Challenge Awards were held at 78th Street Studios. The evening included a cocktail hour with food and drinks from LUXE Kitchen and Lounge, guided tours of 78th Street Studios, special guest speaker Karen Gahl-Mills (Executive Director of Cuyahoga Arts and Culture) and the presentation of our awards.
Winners were awarded up to $2,000, promotional opportunities, in-kind business support and a future COSE Update feature story.

We are proud to offer workshops created by small business owners for small business owners. Our format allows you to choose sessions on a particular topic based on your individual level of expertise.
