This session will cover the important part of the talent process starting with attracting, finding, and hiring the right person for your organization. You will be exposed to the critical pre-work to have in place before you even pick up the phone to call the recruiter, hiring agency, or candidate. You will also be clearer on how to evaluate and determine the right candidate for your company’s culture, and how to get them onboarded, and up to speed, for optimal success.
