About The Event

Inclusion Conference 2017

A year ago, the Commission on Economic Inclusion brought Mahzarin Banaji to Cleveland. She effectively demonstrated how even the most well-intentioned people unwittingly allow unconscious thoughts and feelings to influence apparently objective decisions.

This year, at the Commission’s 9th annual Inclusion Conference, four experts will continue that conversation with a deeper dive into the concept of bias, specifically as it relates to attracting and selecting top talent for your organization. Join us and analyze your organization’s recruiting, interviewing, and selection process.
