COSE Small Business Monitor

As a voice for the small business community and a resource to help small business owners achieve their ideas of success, COSE has partnered with FirstMerit Bank to produce the Small Business Monitor, designed to provide a snapshot of opinions, experiences, and economic indicators that can provide insight to the economic conditions and concerns of our region’s entrepreneurs.

Conducted regularly, the COSE Small Business Monitor surveys Northeast Ohio small business owners to assess their experiences, opinions and attitudes about economic conditions and their outlook on business conditions. The sample is representative of the region’s small business community through the lens of COSE members. The comparisons drawn in the most recent report are from samples taken in NEO by COSE and from national small businesses taken by NSBA. Research results are presented with a 95% confidence level.

If you have questions on this survey and its findings, please contact Jim Hurley at jhurley@cose.org  or (216) 592-2367.
