Rear Admiral Susan J. Blumenthal, M.D., M.P.A., distinguished service over the past 20 years as a top U.S. government health expert and spokesperson. Assistant Surgeon General of the United States from 1993-2005, as senior global and e-health adviser from 2002-2005, and as the First Deputy Assistant Secretary for women's health in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services from 1993-1997.
Jeff Goldsmith, President of Health Futures, Inc. and Associate Professor of Medical Education in the School of Medicine at the University of Virginia.
