About the auther - Eli Auerbach
Eli Auerbach, Member Energy Advisor, Council of Smaller Enterprises (COSE), in Cleveland, Ohio assists in the administration of COSE’s energy portfolio. This includes COSE’s electric and natural gas savings programs for Northeast Ohio small businesses, developing and implementing energy efficient programs, and sustainability efforts through Green Plus. Eli earned a Master’s in Urban Planning, Design, and Development, a Master’s in Public Administration, and a Bachelor’s in Urban Affairs from the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University. Eli has certifications and specializations in economic development, nonprofit management, and geographical information systems. Eli currently is pursuing his PhD at Cleveland State University in the field of Urban Affairs and Public Administration.
