Wellness Programs- Health Screenings & Flu Vaccinations
COSE’s FREE Health Screening and Flu Vaccine Programs are offered to member businesses covered by COSE | Medical Mutual of Ohio health insurance 
Health Screenings
Employees, spouses and dependents (18 and over) on a COSE | Medical Mutual of Ohio health insurance plan are eligible to receive a free screening.
Health screening testing may include: Height & Weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), Body Fat Composition, Glucose, Blood Pressure, Total Cholesterol and Waist Circumference.
A complete screening takes approximately 10-20 minutes and confidential test results are ready immediately and explained to the participant.
On-Site Events
NEW! On-site events are now available to groups with as little as 5 participants.
FREE On-Site Health Screening Events are available to COSE member businesses covered by COSE | Medical Mutual of Ohio health insurance with 5-50 employees. Members with more than 50 employees should call COSE to discuss their health screening options.

Individual Appointments
Employees, spouses and dependents (18 and over) who are covered by COSE | Medical Mutual of Ohio health insurance can call to make an appointment at one of the below YMCA or OccuCenters’ locations to receive a free health screening. Participants should identify themselves as COSE | Medical Mutual health insurance members.
Flu Vaccinations
Employees, spouses and dependents (18 and over) on a COSE | Medical Mutual of Ohio health insurance plan are eligible to receive a free flu vaccine. Flu vaccines are available starting in mid-September, through October, November and December. On-site events are available for groups with 15-50 participants. Walk-in appointments at COSE’s flu vaccine vendor’s location(s) are also available.
