COSE’s FREE Health Screening and Flu Vaccine Programs are offered to member businesses covered by COSE | Medical Mutual of Ohio health insurance
Health Screenings
Health screenings are provided through Health Choice Screening and OccuCenters, Inc.
Employees, spouses and dependents (18 and over) on a COSE | Medical Mutual of Ohio health insurance plan are eligible to receive a free screening.
Health screening testing may include: Height & Weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), Body Fat Composition, Glucose, Blood Pressure, Total Cholesterol, Waist Circumference and Bone Mineral Density.
A complete screening takes approximately 10 minutes and confidential test results are ready immediately and explained to the participant.
Employer contacts will receive an aggregate report of participant results.
On-Site Events
FREE On-Site Health Screening Events are available to COSE member businesses covered by COSE | Medical Mutual of Ohio health insurance with 15-50 employees. Members with more than 50 employees should call COSE to discuss their health screening options.
Starting in mid-September, through October, November and December, free on-site flu vaccines are available. Members can schedule health screenings and flu vaccines on the same day if COSE’s vendors are available. Please see more details below about COSE’s free flu vaccine program.

Individual Appointments
Employees, spouses and dependents (18 and over) who are covered by COSE | Medical Mutual of Ohio health insurance can call to make an appointment at OccuCenters’ downtown or Solon locations to receive a free health screening. Participants should bring their COSE | Medical Mutual health insurance card with them.

Flu Vaccinations
Flu vaccines are provided through OccuCenters, Inc. Employees, spouses and dependents (18 and over) on a COSE | Medical Mutual of Ohio health insurance plan are eligible to receive a free flu vaccine. Flu vaccines are available starting in mid-September, through October, November and December.

Participants should bring their COSE | Medical Mutual health insurance card with them.
