Brad Nellis

Brad Nellis is the Director of NEOSA, the COSE Technology Network, which provides support for information technology members of COSE as well as tech companies in the region.  Brad joined COSE in 2004 as the inaugural Director of NEO411.biz, a free small business referral service made up of 13 economic development partners in Northeast Ohio.  Prior to joining COSE, Brad was Managing Partner of 4 Point Solutions, a small web development and custom software business.  While at 4 Point Solutions, Brad launched a subsidiary business - Performance Parts Online, an online retailer of aftermarket engine parts, which he still owns today.
