COSE Announces Election of New Board Members - 12/11/2008
CLEVELAND, December 11, 2008 – At its Annual Meeting today, the Council of Smaller Enterprises (COSE) elected several new members to its Board of Directors and honored three retiring board members. Honored for their past service to the board were Joel D. Marx of Medical Service Company, Marc Rosen of The Vector Group, Inc., and Stuart J. Sharpe of Regional Reps Corp.
“Joel, Marc and Stuart have been long-time board members and major contributors at COSE,” said Steve Millard, COSE president and executive director. “Each one has contributed greatly to COSE’s efforts to continue to provide support and assistance to independent small businesses in Northeast Ohio.”
COSE also elected eight new Board Members. “We are fortunate to have a committed group of talented individuals that believe in making a difference in this region by supporting the cause of small business,” said Tim Reynolds, COSE chairman. “COSE is only able to do the things we do because of the investment of time and effort made by the small business owners that commit to being actively involved and leading the organization.” Also at the meeting Eric Tolbert, owner of Eric Tolbert & Associates was named First Vice Chair of the COSE Board.
