COSE Strategic Planning Course
2012-2013 COSE Strategic Planning Course
The Strategic Planning Course is one of the longest running and most prestigious business strategic planning courses in the nation. This is a Saturdays-only course that is held every two weeks for four hours starting in September. Each student is assigned an experienced business mentor who will attend each course session and work with the student to complete a written strategic plan.
If you are the CEO of an established company ready to embrace change and improve profitability, this course may be for you. During the seven months you're in Strategic Planning, you'll dissect and re-plan your company from the ground up focusing on your markets, customers and competitors.
