As a result of the incredible growth of our Conference, we’ve moved it to Kalahari Convention Center, Ohio’s largest convention facility. Kalahari takes you just far enough from your office, so you can really get away and focus on the incredible content at the Conference. Plus, Kalahari is a resort destination and we encourage you to bring your family and make a weekend of it. And finally, the move to Kalahari allows us to partner with other organizations in placed like Detroit, Toledo and Columbus to attract small business professionals from all over the Great Lakes Region…meaning you’ll have more people to connect with and learn from.

COSE is pleased to announce a stellar line-up of national keynote speakers for this year’s Conference.
Headlining the 2012 COSE Small Business Conference will be the following keynote speakers:
Rhonda Kallman - Cofounder, The Boston Beer Company (maker of Samuel Adams). For two decades Ms. Kallman directed distribution, sales and brand development, building an iconic American Brand in the process.
Desi Williamson – An inspirational speaker who, despite growing up in a world surrounded by poverty, drugs, and violence, spent his career building multi-million dollar businesses, managing multi-million dollar budgets, and developing the potential in people for powerhouse corporations.
Kelly McDonald- A multicultural marketing expert and author of How to Market to People Not Like You, which has been labeled as a “must read” by Forbes.
