Consists of at least five telephone counseling sessions from experienced tobacco cessation counselors

Weight Watchers has experience in helping millions of people lose weight the right way…gradually, and by changing their eating habits. Special savings are available both for Weight Watchers at work and for local meetings in your community.
At Work Wellness Program:
Employees receive $50 back from their enrollment fee when they attend at least 11 meetings in a 12-week At Work series.
Employees receive $75 back when they attend at least 15 meetings in a 17-week At Work series.

Local Meeting Wellness Program:
Employees will receive $50 back from their enrollment fee when they attend at least 11 Local Meetings out of a 13-week series.
Employees will receive $75 back when they attend at least 15 Local Meetings out of an 18-week series.

The health risk assessment is the foundation of any small business wellness program. When your employees participate in a risk assessment they get a customized report highlighting their risk for heart disease, diabetes, some cancers, depression and stroke. This report easily highlights opportunities for improvement in their health while giving them a summary report to share with their primary care physician and other health care providers.
