Welcome to Northeast Ohio’s premier technology group! NEOSA, the COSE Technology Network is an industry-led, member-driven organization working to support the technology industry of Northeast Ohio.

Founded in 1998, this Northeast Ohio technology group has more than 900 members representing all facets of information technology: software development, IT services, website design and development, custom application development, IT recruiters and others.

NEOSA's signature programs include the annual Best of Tech Awards, CoolTech Challenge, and the CIO Symposium. As Northeast Ohio’s foremost technology group, NEOSA also produces nearly 20 events annually to support members and the tech community.

The monthly Sales and Marketing Seminars offer great educational opportunities. Quarterly Forums highlight strategic challenges for the industry like growth, funding and innovation - and NEOSA Networking Nights are legendary for making strategic business connections!
