What is a MEWA?
COSE has partnered with Medical Mutual to offer you more choice and flexibility when it comes to offering you and your employees healthcare coverage. The COSE Health and Wellness Trust is a multiple employer welfare arrangement (MEWA) sponsored by the Greater Cleveland Partnership. Who we are
The COSE Health and Wellness Trust (COSE MEWA) is a unique self insured health benefits program for small business owners and their employees. The COSE MEWA is a response to the difficulties created for small businesses by the imposition of the Affordable Care Act and offers plan designs that meet the needs of smaller businesses and medical underwriting to give participating small businesses the benefit of their preferred health experience. In addition to providing plan designs specifically created for the needs of small business owners and their employees, COSE also focuses on providing education, advocacy and consultative support and additional programs, products and services for the needs of its almost 11,000 member small employers.
We understand that many COSE MEWA groups have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, we have expanded our normal grace period to 60 days until further notice. If we do not receive your payment within 60 days of your original premium due date, your policy will be canceled.
If you have already submitted your payment, you may disregard this message and no further action is required at this time.
